At BNR Turbos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
